Shri U. R. Mohan Raju has assumed the post of Secretary of Paradip Port Trust on 04.05.2015. Prior to this assignment, Shri Raju worked as Secretary in V.O Chidambaranar Port Trust. He had started his career as a Class I Officer in the year 1989 in Visakhapatnam Port Trust. He holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and a Law Degree.
Sri U.R.Mohan Raju has received citation of merits previously from VPT and VOCPT. He has wide experience in HR, IR, Welfare, Establishment, Administration, Legal and also in SAP-HR.
Post graduate in General Surgery from MKCG Medical College, Berhampur, Odisha. Trained in Laparoscopic Surgery and Endoscopy. Served in Govt. of Odisha for more than 11 years as Asst. Surgeon. Joined Paradip Port Trust in October, 1998 as MO-cum-Asst. Surgeon, subsequently promoted to the post of Specialist in Surgery in 2006. Got selected for the post of Sr. Dy. CMO, Chennai Port Trust and worked there from April, 2012 to June, 2013. Got selected as Chief Medical Officer of Cochin Port Trust and worked there from July, 2013 to April, 2015. Thereafter, joined in Paradip Port Trust on 27.04.2015. Managing PPT Hospital with an intention to make it “a better place for patients.”
